1 Min Protein Mug Cake

How about a protein packed chocolate cake, prepared in a mug and ready in 1 Minute!

Recipe:

  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 30 ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Other Milk Substitute)
  • 1 Scoop (30g) Protein Powder (Whatever flavor protein powder you use will be the flavor of your mug cake)
  • 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter (or Any Other Nut Butter)
  • 1 Tablespoon (5g) Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Enjoy!
