
How about a protein packed chocolate cake, prepared in a mug and ready in 1 Minute!
Recipe:
- 1 Large Egg White
- 30 ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or Other Milk Substitute)
- 1 Scoop (30g) Protein Powder (Whatever flavor protein powder you use will be the flavor of your mug cake)
- 1 Tablespoon (16g) Peanut Butter (or Any Other Nut Butter)
- 1 Tablespoon (5g) Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together and place in microwave for 1 minute.
- Enjoy!
