Easy Healthy Chocolate Mousse

Guilt-free, velvety and chocolatey, packed with fiber and healthy fats. Serves 4.

Recipe:

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled
  • 3 Tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 3 Tablespoons of honey, depending on how sweet you like it
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of almond milk

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until no lumps remain.
  2. Serve chilled.
